Summary of Achievements
The organisation has successfully provided meals for children at the centre and in 6 primary schools; the number of beneficiaries is 600.
Furthermore we have managed to empower our beneficiaries through the efforts of our dedicated caregivers who have helped them with home works after school.
Additionaly We managed to conduct childcare forums for the children taking them through issues that affect teenagers.
Youth unemployment in South Africa is extremely high. Nearly 70 per cent of youth in South Africa are unemployed and only 33 % owned business (NYDA, 2011).
We believe that educating a child is way of empowering the nation. To provide supportive counselling, late birth registrations, bereavement counselling,to enable beneficiaries to have access nearest to home.
Tsogang Sechaba focuses on vulnerable children and orphans affected and infected by HIV/AIDS.
The aim is providing them with a decent meal every morning and afternoon and goes further to assist children with home works as a way of empowering the beneficiaries.
